Wiehler Mechanical Ltd. is seeking a talented individual like yourself to join us as a full-time Journeyperson Sheet Metal Installer in our Commercial Department. 

WHAT WE OFFER:

You'll receive competitive pay ranging from $40.00-$45.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

You'll typically work Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM

OUR IDEAL COMMERCIAL SHEET METAL INSTALLER:

We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:

• Journeyperson Certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial sheet metal installation or HVAC ductwork
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, duct systems, and ventilation components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project plans
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift heavy materials
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed

And who can manage these responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and secure commercial HVAC duct systems, fittings, and related components
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation
• Measure, cut, and bend sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
• Inspect and test installed systems for proper operation and adherence to industry standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company policies and safety regulations
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

The following experience or certifications are preferred but not required:

• Fall arrest
• Scissor lift
• First aid
