Architecture Intern - Summer 2025

We seek a motivated Architectural Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The Architectural Intern will assist with various architectural design and project delivery tasks, supporting senior architects and project teams. This role is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting, develop their skills, and contribute to the firm’s projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Support: Help develop design concepts and documentation, including preparing drawings, models, and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Research: Research materials, building codes, and design trends to support project development and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Documentation: Help prepare and organize project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Site Visits: Participate in site visits to assist with site analysis, documentation of existing conditions, and coordination with contractors and clients.
- Project Coordination: Support project teams with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to contribute to project development and problem-solving.
- Learning and Development: Engage in learning opportunities provided by the firm, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship sessions, to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Architecture or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and present ideas clearly.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in design and documentation tasks.
- Creativity: Demonstrated creativity and passion for architecture and design, with a willingness to learn and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to various tasks and projects.
Salary Range: $22 - $24 Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
