Junior Designer

São Paulo, SP

We’re looking for a hands-on and creative Junior Designer to join Wildlife’s Brand & Communications team. This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a hybrid work model (3 days per week in the office).

In this role, you will help shape how Wildlife presents itself across internal and external communications. You will create visual assets that support company initiatives, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure clarity and consistency across our brand touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with the communications team, and turning ideas into clear and engaging visual materials.


What you’ll do

  • Brand & Visual Identity: Maintain and apply Wildlife’s visual identity across different channels and materials. Create visual identities for company initiatives, programs, and events while ensuring alignment with the overall brand.
  • Internal & Corporate Communications: Design presentations, internal communication materials, and visual assets that support company initiatives, announcements, and programs. Help translate complex information into clear and visually engaging formats.
  • Social Media & Digital Content: Create visual assets for Wildlife’s corporate social media channels and employer branding initiatives, including social media posts, short-form videos, and other digital content.
  • Presentations & Visual Storytelling: Create clear and visually compelling presentations for leadership communications, All Hands meetings, and internal updates.
  • Events & Experiences: Design visual materials for corporate events, hackathons, activations, and internal experiences, including signage, digital assets, presentations, and merchandise.
  • Creative Support: Work closely with the Brand & Communications team to transform ideas into strong visual outputs, supporting projects from concept development to final delivery.


What you need

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, visual communication, or related fields.
  • Advanced English, written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with After Effects or Premiere for basic video editing is a plus.
  • Experience creating presentations and visual materials in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools.
  • Experience designing assets for social media and digital platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple design requests and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across materials.
  • Interest in using AI tools to support creative workflows.
  • Please include a portfolio with examples of your design work, such as presentations, social media assets, branding, or digital projects.


Nice to have

  • Corporate Communication Design: Experience designing materials for corporate communications, employer branding, or internal communications.
  • Events & Activations: Experience supporting events or brand activations.
  • Motion & Video: Experience creating simple motion graphics or short-form video assets.
