Payroll Analyst

Estamos restruturando nossa área de Payroll e buscamos uma pessoa para ser peça central dessa construção. Quem assumir a posição terá autonomia real para conduzir os processos, exposição a uma operação internacional e a oportunidade de contribuir diretamente com a evolução da área, incluindo a implementação de um novo sistema de folha e iniciativas de automação e melhoria contínua.

Se você tem sólida experiência em folha de pagamento, domínio de legislação trabalhista, perfil analítico e vontade de atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e de alta performance, queremos te conhecer.

O que você vai fazer

  • Conferir e validar as folhas de pagamento de todas as entidades (mensal, quinzenal, 13º, PLR, rescisões e dissídio), garantindo precisão e conformidade antes da aprovação final.
  • Conduzir o processo de homologação.
  • Conferir encargos trabalhistas e previdenciários (FGTS, INSS, IRRF, DCTFWeb, eSocial e demais obrigações acessórias).
  • Realizar conciliação contábil mensal e dar suporte a processos de auditoria.
  • Manter controles e evidências dos processos sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Ser o ponto focal para o preparo e envio de informações de Payroll em processos recorrentes com outras áreas.
  • Apoiar o time e stakeholders com informações e cálculos quando necessário.
  • Participar ativamente da implementação do novo BPO de folha e de outros projetos estratégicos da área.
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de folha de pagamento, apoiando análises de custos de pessoal e planejamento orçamentário.
  • Garantir a padronização, revisão e melhoria constante dos processos.
  • Acompanhar alterações na legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e tributária, avaliando impactos nos processos da organização.
  • Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, automação e padronização dos processos de folha de pagamento.

O que buscamos

  • Graduação completa em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
  • Sólido conhecimento em legislação trabalhista e previdenciária, com domínio do processo end-to-end (desde os inputs até o fechamento).
  • Domínio de obrigações acessórias (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital).
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de folha (ADP, SAP HCM, Senior ou similares).
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado.
  • Inglês intermediário.
  • Perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes, autonomia para condução das rotinas e suporte à gestão.
  • Comunicação clara e estruturada, com capacidade de adaptar a mensagem para diferentes públicos.
  • Diferencial: Conhecimento em folha internacional.
