As a Banking Services Professional with mthree, you’ll play a crucial role in the financial services ecosystem. You will:

Support trading and operations across the trade lifecycle.
Analyze and mitigate risk while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Work closely with multiple business lines to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

How the Alumni Program Works

Training: Attend mthree Academy’s remote training (4–8 weeks), tailored to Banking Services.
Placement: Join a global organization for 12–24 months, with salary increases every 9 months.
Permanent Role: Many of our graduates transition into permanent roles with their client post-program.

What You Will Learn at mthree Academy

The fundamentals of financial markets, trading, and regulations.
The full trade lifecycle, risk management, and compliance.
Key industry concepts in anti-financial crime, project management, and data analytics.
Technical tools such as Excel, VBA, and SQL.

What We Are Looking For

A 2.2 or higher degree (subjects like Law, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, and Accounting are ideal).
A genuine interest in Banking and Financial Markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hunger to learn and upskill.
Experience working collaboratively in teams (a bonus).
