About the role:

We are looking for a commercially minded and creative International Retail Marketing Manager + Product Expert to join our fast-paced International team.
You’ll be working across our international retail channels, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to devise, execute and review impactful trade marketing activations. Whilst also owning the product training and brand ambassador program to ensure key partners have the resources and information they need to represent and sell our products to the best standard. This role will support the Elvie brand and Willow brand in the International Markets.
Location: Hybrid working; a mix of working from our Bristol or London office & working remotely

What you’ll be doing at Elvie:
Product Training and Brand Ambassador:
- Become the Elvie and Willow product expert to deliver regular product training to retail and distributor partners.
- Develop evergreen training materials for roll out internationally to help with our teams with pitch sell-ins and deep product knowledge.
- Plan and execute full product training days with key external partners.
- Implement a train the trainer program with distributors.
Retail Media:
- Lead and craft the retail media strategy with our core retail partners that delivers the strongest ROI and commercial results with platforms such as Criteo and Citrus ads.
- Be able to capture learnings, trends/insights and recommendations to share business wide.
Trade Marketing:
- Own full international trade marketing plans from strategy, execution and optimisations to drive awareness, visibility and revenue.
- Work closely with the sales team on key accounts to craft trade marketing plans to drive commercial growth with our key retail partners.
- Ensure Elvie and Willow brand is presented in the retail space to the highest standard and excellence at every touch point.
- Develop and implement retail-specific marketing campaigns to drive in store and online business goals.
- Be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and prioritisation of opportunities and budget to align with key commercial moments.
- Capture results to create reports, learnings and recommendations. Drive optimisations continuously.
POS
- Full ownership of international POS projects to deliver best in class in store execution that brings the brand and products to life.
- Working with key stakeholders from brief, creative visuals, design, manufacturing and in store roll out.
Budget Ownership:
- Responsible for budget planning to ensure delivery against business objectives.
- Craft, own and optimise full retail marketing budget.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a Trade Marketing role working with high profile retail accounts.
- Experience using retail media platforms such as Criteo and Citrus ads.
- Strong in building relationships with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams/functions
- Experience managing trade budgets, retail activations, and POS development.
- Hands-on, proactive, flexible, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Product training experience preferred.
