Channel Sales and Marketing Associate

Willow is seeking a Channel Sales & Marketing Associate to support our growing retail business, with a focus on key accounts including Target, Walmart, Kohl’s, and Babylist. Reporting to the Retail Sales Director, this role will be responsible for sales reporting, forecasting, and account management support to drive revenue growth and ensure  execution excellence across our channel partners. In addition, this position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing retail accounts and contributing to both sell-in and sell-out strategies.

 

What you'll do:

RETAIL ACCOUNT  MANAGEMENT

  • Monitoring competitive landscape, acknowledging key account differentiators, and opportunities for growth.
  • Effectively monitor and communicate channel performance and learnings to the broader marketing team, cross-functional team, and leadership.
  • Onboard new accounts, manage vendor portals, and item set up forms
  • Manage and optimize product pages, assortment, pricing consistency, and digital merchandising to drive traffic, conversion, and sales.
  • Act as liaison between wholesale customers and operations team to ensure order entry, on time delivery, and overall customer satisfaction with operational performance
  • Manage digital campaigns (search & display) to ensure they are optimized to targets with intent to increase market share.  Continuously evaluate the company’s online sales and spend allocation for ROI.

SALES REPORTING AND FORECASTING ANALYSIS

  • Work closely with the Retail Sales Director to analyze sales performance and trends, providing data-driven insights that guide decision-making.
  •  Support forecasting and planning activities for retail accounts to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and growth alignment.

CROSS-CHANNEL CONTENT MANAGEMENT

  • Manage Willow Content across retailer touchpoints to ensure brand consistency and accuracy for the entire product catalog.  
  • Lead channel content strategy, in partnership with the marketing team, to execute best-in-class product content that enables conversion.

 

This is a full-time remote position in the United States. The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 depending on experience, location, and other factors.
