Hourly Rate & Location

  • This role will have an hourly rate of $40 per hour. 
  • This role is a full-time (40 hours per week), contract position with an end date 6 months after your first day at WillowTree. There is potential opportunity for conversion to full-time after the 6 month contract is completed. 
  • To help us retain our deep culture of collaboration, this role will maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays). This role can be located in Boston, MA, Columbus, OH, Charlottesville, VA, or Durham, NC. 

The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you’ll be instrumental in the growth of our commercial and executive hiring. In close partnership with our Commercial & Executive Talent Acquisition team, you will seek to understand the needs of the business to identify and effectively engage prospective talent at management consulting firms. Your primary goal is to build a robust pipeline of qualified consulting candidates through sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter. 

Responsibilities

  • Use a breadth of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse) to identify and drive qualified consulting candidates into our candidate pool 
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Strategists in Commercial and Executive hiring to understand the skills/profiles needed for open roles, how the positions fit into the overall organization, and the interview process
  • Effectively pitch WillowTree’s EVP (selling points + differentiators) to passive candidates through messaging and outreach methods
  • Utilize our CRM to re-engage with our talent community
  • Deliver an amazing candidate experience by responding to messages in a timely manner
  • Serve as a WillowTree brand ambassador by positively representing our employer brand in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Experience with recruiting leadership-level talent
  • Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Can-do attitude paired with intellectual curiosity 
  • Able to manage multiple requisitions and effectively prioritize 
  • The ability to bring creative and innovative ideas to the table
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional narrative crafting skills; the ability to share compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences

  • Experience using Greenhouse, Gem, Ashby
