Calendar Clerk

The Position
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a law firm calendaring department.
- Familiarity with the litigation process, and rules of NY State and Federal court
- Proficiency with eDocket’s required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to integrate into a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all client and firm matters.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and maintain a professional demeanor in all situations.
- Flexibility required for quick response and positively shifting demands; ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret court rules
- Create and provide docket reports to attorneys/staff.
- Maintain and update office-wide calendar docket database.
- Assist in management of other office assignments (saving scanned mail, processing firm invoices).
Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000
