The Position
We are seeking a B2B HubSpot expert to help us better utilize Hubspot. We use Hubspot effectively to manage our marketing campaigns, events, and track contacts but we are seeking someone who can take our understanding and use to the next level. This is estimated to be a 60 day assignment that can be done remotely or onsite in our White Plains office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the CRM system: Overseeing the CRM system to ensure it's running efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining data: Keeping customer data accurate and up to date
- Supporting users: Providing user support and keeping staff informed about the CRM software
- Collaborating with the marketing team: Working with the marketing and BD team to improve how the CRM is used. Define workflows to enable operations
- Developing the CRM: Writing and adapting the CRM software to meet team requirements
- Partnering with marketing and BD leadership: Working with the director of marketing, director of BD and the senior managers, defines reports and information that can be built and used to make better, more informed decisions regarding marketing programs and performance and opportunity generation
Qualifications
- HubSpot Expertise: Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM, particularly in a B2B environment. Advanced proficiency in utilizing HubSpot’s marketing, sales, and CRM tools.
- CRM Management: Demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize CRM systems, ensuring they are running efficiently, with an emphasis on maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Data Management & Accuracy: Strong understanding of data management principles, with the ability to ensure customer information is up to date and consistently accurate.
- User Support: Ability to provide comprehensive support to users, ensuring staff are well-informed and confident in using HubSpot. Experience in training and supporting teams on CRM best practices.
- CRM Customization & Development: Strong skills in adapting and customizing HubSpot to meet team requirements, including workflow design, automations, and custom reporting.
- Reporting & Analytics: Experience working with leadership teams (e.g., Director of Marketing, Director of BD) to create and define meaningful reports. Ability to leverage HubSpot’s reporting tools to provide insights that drive better decision-making for marketing programs, performance evaluation, and opportunity generation.
A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $104,000 USD
