Senior Account Executive – Consumer Beauty Health & Wellness

Agency: Wilson Hartnell (Part of the Global Ogilvy & WPP Network)
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)
Role Level: Senior Account Executive (SAE)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in PR / Communications (Agency experience strongly preferred)

Looking to grow your PR career with one of Ireland’s leading PR agencies?

At Wilson Hartnell, part of the global Ogilvy & WPP network, we blend earned media, social execution, creator strategy and creative storytelling to deliver impactful communications for world-class brands.

We are looking for a proactive, trend-obsessed Senior Account Executive to join our dedicated Consumer Health & Wellness team, working across iconic brands for Ireland’s leading beauty, wellness and healthcare retailer.

If you live and breathe social media, are genuinely beauty-obsessed and love collaborating with Ireland’s top influencers and digital creators, this role is tailor-made for you. Translate lifestyle, beauty and wellness trends into high-profile campaigns in a supportive, fast-paced agency environment.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play an essential role in executing day-to-day client work, creator campaigns, and brand events alongside Account Managers and Directors. You will:

  • Drive Creator & Influencer Campaigns: Identify, brief and manage relationships with Ireland’s top beauty, health and lifestyle influencers and content creators.
  • Execute Account Work: Draft press releases, beauty and wellness copy, educational materials, creative briefs and client reports for major retail campaigns.
  • Coordinate Launches & Events: Assist in organising high-profile brand activations, product launches, press photocalls and influencer events from concept through to coverage tracking.
  • Bring Social-First Ideas: Bring a deep understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn to brainstorm reactive, culture-led campaign ideas.
  • Adopt AI Tools: Use our in-house WPP/Ogilvy AI tools to streamline research, trend forecasting, brainstorming and daily PR tasks.
  • Liaise with Partners: Act as a key contact for clients, graphic designers, photographers, talent agencies and production teams.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of PR experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Beauty & Social Obsession: Passionate about beauty, personal care and wellness trends. You know what’s trending on TikTok and Instagram before anyone else does.
  • Influencer Savvy: Strong understanding of creator management, influencer landscape in Ireland and social-first content formats.
  • Strong Writing Skills: High attention to detail, sharp proofreading skills, and the ability to tailor content for different audiences—from beauty editors to social captions.
  • Organisational Ability: Ability to manage daily deadlines, track budgets/POs and communicate proactively with team leads.
  • Curious Mindset: Eager to learn health & compliance guidelines, adopt cutting-edge AI tools and continuously develop your agency career.

Why Join Wilson Hartnell?

  • Top Agency & Global Reach: Work with Ireland’s leading PR agency on flagship retail, beauty, and healthcare accounts while benefiting from global Ogilvy and WPP network training.
  • Hands-on AI Experience: Learn and work with industry-leading AI platforms to enhance your creative output and efficiency.
  • Supportive Mentorship: Thrive in a collaborative team structure with direct guidance from experienced Account Managers and Directors.
  • High-Profile Campaigns: Help deliver exciting, culturally relevant campaigns that shape how consumers engage with health, wellness, and beauty.
  • Great Culture: Enjoy a progressive, hybrid workplace that values flexibility, team spirit, and fast-tracked career growth.
