Position Purpose

The Enterprise Solutions Associate I reports to the Director of Enterprise Solutions. This position is responsible for building long-term relationships and delivering content to appropriate customers, client, or firm. Conduct outstanding client onboardings with a high level of customer service.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct successful client onboardings and recognize any opportunities for future relationships and solutions.
  • Assist with new Lender Service Provider solutions.
  • Maintain partner relationships by responding to inquiries, documenting actions.
  • Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients and deepen with existing partners.
  • Manage client and partner expectations and understanding.
  • Coordinate onboarding process along timelines.
  • Provide materials to help clients learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Exhibit ownership of onboarding experience and partner satisfaction.
  • Proactive communication with partners to manage a positive transition for the customer from the initial engagement.
  • Identifying and communicating customer needs.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
  • Primary contact for customers and to handle any complaints, questions, or concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Adheres specifically to all Company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.
  • Completes online and other regulatory compliance training by the specified due dates.
  • Opens cases/tickets with vendors and suppliers as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, law, finance, accounting or related area or equivalent related work experience.
  • 3+ years related experience in administration, finance or similar industry.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

  • Must be organized and detail
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills including a strong vocabulary, rules of composition and grammar.
  • Knowledge of the principles of providing a high level of customer service including the evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in banking or financial setting a plus.

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually. Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description. 
  • Additional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.

Working Arrangements

  • This is a hybrid role expected to work in office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You will be able to work remotely on Tuesday and Friday.
