Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

ABOUT THE SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST:
We are looking to add a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to our growing team! You have 5+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition. You are a high-energy strategic thinker. You have experience in working with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. You are timeline and goals-driven.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
2. Attract and nurture talent through ATS, LinkedIn, social media and referrals
3. Serve as the primary contact and help create an outstanding experience for candidates
4. Act as a high-energy brand ambassador for WIN on social media and other channels
5. Build and continually refine best practices and target metrics for recruiting
6. Be highly responsive, and communicate rapidly with the team and management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally including technical roles
2. Experience working with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
3. Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player
4. Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to build relationships
5. Positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
6. Like to work hard, have fun, laugh with colleagues, and embrace accountability
