Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our high-growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of recruitment activities to attract and hire top talent across various departments. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that we continue to build a team that embodies our mission and values, helping us drive meaningful change within our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates aligned with our mission.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an agency recruiter or as a recruiter within a high-growth organization.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the mental health or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
