Job Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring teammates to meet the growing needs of our Winner’s Circle Group Family. This role will focus on building a robust pipeline of candidates through strategic recruiting strategies and networking opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract QMHPs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to keep them interested in potential opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and talent market dynamics to proactively address staffing needs.
- Networking and Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and community organizations to create a network of potential candidates.
- Attend job fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote our organization and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Manage the offer and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Data and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in mental health services.
- Strong understanding of the QMHP role and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Texas for recruitment events and networking opportunities.
