Quality Assurance and Control Analyst (QA/QC)

Position Overview: Our quality assurance team focuses on ensuring all the notes submitted by our field QMHP team is up to billing and coding standards- and we hold our employees to high standards! Your goal is to work alongside our staff to review notes and educate staff on proper standards of procedure or SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure there are no duplicate progress notes
- Ensure all progress note is sufficient for time billed
- Ensure progress notes are checked daily for designated regions of the company
- Report any glitches/issues to Director and Executive Director
- Other duties assigned as needed due to business changes
- Complete client chart/internal audits
Qualifications:
- Must be open to working on holidays
- Ideally have3 years of experience working with EMR systems
- Must be able to attend bi-weekly in-person team meetings
- Must be willing to attend weekly virtual QA/QC meetings
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Compensation:
20-23 per hour
Schedule:
Monday- Friday
8:00am- 4pm
Fully on-site role
