About The Role:
As our Community & Events Lead, you will own a key channel of our GTM engine by scaling brand awareness through a community-driven events engine. Your focus will be building the community and marketing engine that expands our brand reach and transforms our events motion into a predictable pipeline channel.
This role is a rare chance to build a community-driven events ecosystem from 0→1, stand up our early in-house marketing capability, and scale awareness across CFO, HR, and Legal decision-makers. If you’re excited by building communities, running high-volume events, and taking a systems-driven approach to turn creative GTM ideas into measurable pipeline, we’d love to chat.
What You’ll Do:
Community-Driven Events & Ecosystem (Core Focus)
- Work directly with our CEO to build and launch multiple communities focused on our ICP (website, new member onboarding, community operations).
- Be the face of WithCoverage at events nationwide, traveling regularly to host, connect, and build relationships in person
- Own all day to day operations (events, concierge services, new member onboarding etc.)
- Own outbound member acquisition playbooks to drive growth
- Own reporting on metrics (net new members, net new opportunities for WithCoverage, etc.)
Who You Are:
- 3+ years specifically in growth marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or community-led GTM
- Proven track record building and scaling communities and/or running high-volume, repeatable event programs.
- Strong “systems thinker” who can design processes, workflows, and engines that scale.
- Excellent project manager with the ability to juggle many moving parts, timelines, and stakeholders without dropping details
- Clear, compelling communicator (verbal/written) copy, messaging, and relationship-building
- Comfortable operating in a high-velocity, experimentation-driven environment
- Startup or high-growth experience preferred but not required
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,000 - $180,000 in addition to equity and additional cash milestones. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, quota incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits.Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition to cash compensation, WithCoverage offers full-time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants.
