Position Summary: We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Brand Strategist to develop, implement, and refine strategies that strengthen our brand’s presence, relevance, and equity across all channels. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, design, communications, and leadership teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate the brand’s positioning, voice, values, and narrative across platforms.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform brand strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate strategy into compelling campaigns, content, and visuals.
- Monitor brand performance and audience engagement through data and feedback, recommending optimizations.
- Lead brand audits and ensure consistency across touchpoints, including digital, print, packaging, and internal communications.
- Present strategic recommendations and reports to stakeholders, balancing creativity with business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities to expand brand reach, awareness, and loyalty in line with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, advertising, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and creative briefs.
- Proficiency with research tools, brand tracking software, and data analysis.
- Collaborative mindset with experience managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or design thinking.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media analytics, and brand health metrics.
- Agency or multi-brand environment experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.
- Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
- Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.
- Dexterity – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.
- Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.
- Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information - The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess - The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
