WithMe Inc. is searching for an energetic, strategic Business Development Sales Executive to drive the expansion of our unique "Print & Sip" experience into corporate and commercial office sectors. If you're a relationship-builder with a knack for identifying new business opportunities, we want you on our team! This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset ready to grow this exciting, experiential concept within coworking spaces, corporate venues, and office environments.
What You'll Do:
- Go to Market: Lead strategies to bring Print & Sip experiences to the corporate office market, analyzing competitors and tailoring our offerings for maximum impact.
- Opportunity Development: Build a pipeline of corporate clients, crafting personalized pitches and fostering relationships with decision-makers.
- Relationship Building: Actively network with commercial and corporate stakeholders, representing WithMe Inc. at industry events.
- Drive Revenue: Close deals, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets, collaborating with marketing and operations to deliver seamless experiences.
- Strategic Insights: Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership based on market trends and feedback.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years in business development, corporate sales, or office management.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven experience entering new markets or verticals within corporate or commercial real estate.
- Willingness to travel and build partnerships across the sector.

Full compensation packages are based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications.
Base Salary Range
$100,000 - $115,000 USD
The On Target Earnings (OTE) range factoring in commission earnings eligibility.
OTE Range
$165,000 - $190,000 USD
