As WithMe’s Lead Generation Specialist, you will focus on lead generation, appointment setting, and pipeline development to support our Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll work alongside members of the Growth Marketing team to identify, qualify, and pass high-value leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for our Sales team. This role reports to the Demand Generation Manager. This position is eligible to work fully remote.

 

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book qualified sales appointments.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and readiness for handoff to the RSD (Regional Sales Director) and NAE (National Account Executive) teams.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Growth Marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria, and improve outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity by identifying and updating inaccurate or outdated prospect information encountered during outreach efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company offerings to effectively engage prospects.

 

To Be Successful

The Lead Generation Specialist will be a motivated and resilient individual who is passionate about driving results, and as such, qualified candidates will possess:

  • Sales/marketing experience preferred; training provided.
  • Familiarity with CRM navigation and reporting, preferably in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work remotely

Total compensation rate is based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications.

$20 - $26 USD
