Position Overview:
As WithMe’s Fulfillment Center Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all daily operations of our Chicago fulfillment center. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory control, and ensuring that all processes meet company standards and regulatory requirements. You will report directly to the Service Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the fulfillment center.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize space utilization and inventory management.

Maintain accurate records of fulfillment center activities, inventory levels, and employee performance.

Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate and timely inventory counts.

Implement measures to prevent inventory discrepancies and losses.

Recruit, train, and supervise fulfillment center staff, ensuring effective performance and compliance with safety standards.

Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching and development opportunities.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement long-term operational strategies.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in fulfillment center management or a similar role.

Proven experience in managing fulfillment center operations, including inventory control, staff supervision, and process improvement.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in fulfillment center management systems (WMS) and related software.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fulfillment center environment, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, and operating heavy machinery.

The position may require extended hours during peak periods.

Ability to work on-site in Chicago.

Full compensation packages are based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications.
This position will also qualify for annual bonus opportunity.
Base Salary Range
$60,000 - $75,000 USD
