As WithMe’s Marketing RevOps Analyst, you will own the connection between Marketing and Revenue Operations, ensuring clean data, accurate attribution, and actionable insights. Your work will directly shape how marketing investments translate into pipeline, revenue, and growth. You will leverage tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and BI platforms to build and automate dashboards, refine attribution, and provide leadership with clear visibility into marketing’s impact on revenue.This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is eligible to work fully remote.
The Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Reporting: Own the marketing-to-revenue reporting framework and continuously optimize attribution models in Salesforce, HubSpot, and data visualization tools. Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards with insights and strategy optimization recommendations to improve marketing performance through the funnel.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing channel performance, support A/B tests, and conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) analyses (e.g. website triggers, marketing copy, other conversion points) to improve website and campaign outcomes.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, track competitors and customer trends, and maintain segmentation models to refine ICP targeting over time.
- Data Optimization: Ensure lead quality, scoring, routing, and progression rules are enforced across CRM and reporting systems to maintain clean data and a high-quality funnel.
- Marketing Dashboard Management: Build and automate dashboards using Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Looker/Tableau while standardizing attribution models to measure campaign ROI.
- Marketing and Sales Alignment: Align Marketing and Sales on shared pipeline metrics, SLAs, and definitions of lead stages (MQL>SQL>Opp)
- Marketing Team Liaison for Sales: Serve as the Marketing team’s subject-matter expert on sales collateral and other marketing tools library.
- Documentation and Training: Maintain reporting documentation and train team members on lead flow, analytics tools and dashboard usage.
- Automation & Efficiency: Recommend new tools, integrations, or AI-driven solutions to improve reporting infrastructure; participate in training or webinars to stay current.
To Be Successful
The Marketing RevOps Analyst will have marketing analytics and operations experience, strong technical skills in Salesforce and analytics platforms, and a data-driven mindset. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with the ability to present insights to stakeholders and work independently in a remote team.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Marketing Ops, RevOps, or Marketing Analytics
- Advanced Salesforce & HubSpot experience (reporting, workflows, lead management)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and automation software (Make, n8n, etc.)
- Understanding of B2B funnel metrics (CAC, pipeline velocity, MQL/SQL conversion, ROI modeling)
- Experience with attribution modeling and CRO
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Highly analytical and comfortable synthesizing complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members and leadership
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to work remote
Full compensation packages are based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications.
This position will also qualify for annual bonus opportunity.
Base Salary Range
$65,000 - $75,000 USD
