Are you a highly organized, service-minded coordinator who loves bringing order to logistics and creating great team experiences? WithMe is hiring a People Operations & Events Administrator to support our People team through travel coordination, internal event planning, and administrative support! You’ll help ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and larger team initiatives, working cross-functionally to maintain consistency, accuracy, and a positive team experience.
As a People Operations & Events Administrator, you’ll report to the Supervisor, People Operations and play a critical role in coordinating travel logistics for team members, organizing internal company events, and supporting key People Operations initiatives across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate travel for company team members including flights, hotel accommodations, meals, meeting rooms, ground transportation, and offsite activities.
- Serve as the point of contact for travel-related questions, changes, and urgent situations.
- Maintain travel policy compliance and support budget tracking.
- Negotiate with vendors or providers when needed to optimize cost, convenience, or experience.
- Own and manage the company’s airline business travel program, including registration and profile setup for new hires to ensure adherence to policy.
- Plan and coordinate internal in-person and virtual events such as summits, leadership offsites, quarterly gatherings, and monthly social events.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align on event goals, attendee needs, and logistics (activities, meals, and location-based programming).
- Manage event execution including venue sourcing, travel arrangements, activity scheduling, agendas, swag or gift procurement, and communication.
- Coordinate involvement of additional internal or external stakeholders such as local team members or clients.
- Gather post-event feedback to improve future events.
- Contribute to People Operations initiatives as needs evolve across the organization.
- Assist with candidate and stakeholder communications as needed across multiple time zones.
- Help maintain accurate data and records in relevant systems or shared drives.
- Support meeting preparation by organizing agendas, capturing notes, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication to ensure alignment across involved teams.
What You'll Bring:
- Two years of experience in travel coordination, event planning, administrative support, or operations strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) a plus and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- A calm, solution-oriented attitude when navigating changes or challenges.
- A team-first, people-centered mindset with an interest in improving team experience.

Full compensation packages are based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications.
This position will also qualify for annual bonus opportunity.
Hourly Rate Range
$21 - $26 USD
