Withum is a place where talent thrives - where who you are matters. It’s a place of endless opportunities for growth. A place where entrepreneurial energy plus inclusive teamwork equals exponential results.

Explore different industries. Learn new skills. Connect with our diverse teams of professionals to gain insight into the career you envision. Your Career Starts with You.

Experience the Transformative Power of Withum Plus You - that’s the Power in the Plus!

Founded in 1974 in a small New Jersey office, Withum began with three accountants and one vision: to build a professional-services firm where people and integrity come first. Over the past five decades, that vision has grown into one of the nation’s leading independent advisory, tax, and audit firms.

Today, Withum’s 3,100 professionals across 27 US offices serve entrepreneurial companies, publicly traded corporations, not-for-profits, and global organizations spanning industries such as construction, energy, financial services, healthcare, industrial and consumer products, life sciences, manufacturing, nonprofits, professional services, real estate, technology, and theatre & entertainment.

While more than 50% of the top 30 accounting firms have sold to private equity, Withum has deliberately chosen a different path -  to stay independent and partner-owned, and to continue embracing the long view, building strong client relationships and focusing on firm culture.  The firm’s purpose is clear: to be a catalyst for the growth and success…of our People, our Clients and our Communities.

The Withum Way certainly appears to be a winning one.  Over the past 5 years, Withum’s business has more than doubled, exceeding $700M in annual revenue.  Growth has been fueled by organically growing client relationships, strategic acquisitions, and the expansion of the firm’s advisory capabilities.

And momentum continues to build. In 2025, Withum was recognized as one of America’s Best Accounting and Tax Firms by Forbes, named Audit Firm of the Year by Hedgeweek, and listed by USA Today and Statista among America’s Most Recommended Tax & Accounting Firms.

MARKETING AS A DRIVER OF WITHUM’S FUTURE

As Withum enters its next chapter as a truly national offering, the firm is focused on elevating brand awareness, sharpening market differentiation, and increasing understanding of its advisory capabilities—all while preserving what makes the firm special: its culture and people. For the Chief Marketing Officer, this means owning a narrative of bold independence, culture-led growth, and a partnership that powers clients—today and tomorrow.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
