
Sales Manager - North Bay
WiZiX Technology Group, Inc. is a leading provider of office equipment & technology solutions in California and Nevada.
WiZiX is hiring a Sales Manager for our Rohnert Park office and North Bay Region.
As a Selling Sales Managers, you will be responsible for directing sales staff, overseeing sales channels, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for recruiting new talent, training, supervising, leading, counseling, and motivating the sales staff to meet quotas and achieve profitability targets.
Job Duties:
- Manage the performance of sales people to ensure both individual and team performance goals are met
- Track and monitor sales activities to ensure each member of the team is achieving territory penetration plans
- Conduct sales meetings
- Develop the skills and knowledge of the team through one-on-one training
- Coach staff continuously through overcoming obstacles and promoting individual strengths
- Maintain positive team morale and synergy
- Manager day-to-day employee relations issues
- Provide the highest level of customer service, and resolve any issues to meet the standards of the customer and the organization
- Sell WiZiX’s products and services through a consultative outside B2B sales approach
- Attend various company outings
- Manage clients and prospects within CRM
Qualifications:
- **IDEAL** Minimum 2-3 years of Sales in the Copier industry
- Superb Leadership ability
- Strong recruiting skills
- A high level of energy and commitment to achieving sales goals in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to exercise discretion
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Competent computer skills
