
Community & CX Coordinator
Position Summary:
W is on the hunt for a Community + CX Coordinator to help us deepen our connection with the people who matter most: our community. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering questions, fixing issues, and making people feel seen and hyped. But this isn’t just about customer service. You’ll also bring the W community to life across Discord and W’s Social channels, managing comments, DMs, and convos with speed, wit, and good instincts. You’ll get hands-on exposure to our social and influencer strategy—working closely with the team on key campaigns, staying looped into planning convos, and helping scout potential ambassadors who genuinely get the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own our CX inbox and social DMs—responding to all inbounds in a way that aligns with the W brand
- Monitor social channels (including during off-hours) to ensure fast response times
- Actively engage with our community across Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and more—jumping into conversations, starting them, and keeping the energy high
- Work with larger brand marketing team to develop an ongoing community strategy that drives brand engagement and love
- Spot and surface great UGC to share internally and externally and flag creators who align with the brand as potential ambassadors
- Track CX feedback to identify patterns and flag insights that help improve the overall customer experience
- Assist the social team as needed with content creation and ideation
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer facing, community building role
- Strong written communication chops—funny, thoughtful, clear
- Live on social and get what makes communities feel alive online
- The person who always responds to the group chat first
- Organized, reliable, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves during a product drop or community moment
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Discord servers, community building, or influencer/creator programs before

New York Pay Range
$45,000 - $55,000 USD
