About the Role:

W is looking for a Senior Partnerships & Influencer Manager to join the Marketing team and support our efforts in growing our brand awareness and acquiring new customers through innovative brand partnerships and creator collaborations. This role will report directly to the Head of Brand, and work collaboratively across all internal teams and extensively with external partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Build, optimize and scale our partnership portfolio to drive top-of-funnel brand awareness, omnichannel growth, and redefine the standards of best-in-class co-marketing.
  • Position W at the forefront of culture Gen-Z & youth culture by securing strategic partnerships that authentically integrate the brand into key cultural conversations, trends, and movements.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing, outreach and negotiation to activation and on-going relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution bringing partnerships, campaigns and activations to life across all channels.
  • Develop and lead advanced influencer & partnership marketing strategies that integrate into, and amplify W’s most ambitious brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with a diverse array of brands, influencers, and creators, fostering strong partnerships that enhance brand storytelling and relevance.
  • Drive the creation of engaging, shareable content with influencers and creators for platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
  • Identify, develop and leverage high quality UGC to maximize EMV and cultivate an expansive talent network.
  • Oversee budgets, external agencies, and performance tracking for key partnerships, ensuring maximum ROI (be fluent in EMV, reach, CPM, conversion, etc.)
  • Create, scale, and manage affiliate programs across platforms including Amazon, TikTok, and emerging commerce channels to drive incremental growth and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand partnerships & influencer campaigns to assess the impact of partnerships on revenue, customer growth and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of direct experience in strategic partnerships, influencer & creator marketing.
  • Experience developing and managing strategic partnership and influencer marketing programs that move the needle culturally.
  • Proven track record of launching partnerships that require deep product integration.
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action, high standards, and ownership mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a bias towards action
  • You have high standards, take ownership and pride in your work, and are invested in the outcome
  • You get things done without perfect resources, are innovative and work with a sense of urgency.
  • You proactively help others, stay positive, and have a sense of humor

 

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $110,000 to $140,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
