Background of the role

Our Merchant teams are the heart and soul of Wolt. We ensure our partners are set up for success through a seamless onboarding, menu, and content experience.

As Wolt continues to grow in both size and scope, the strength of our Merchant Services engine must grow with it. In this role, you’ll work closely with our in-market team in Germany while being based in Budapest. You’ll combine onboarding coordination, partner communication, and menu/content administration to deliver a smooth and high-quality partner experience from day one.

This role is based in Budapest, Hungary, and works closely with our in-market team in Germany. We offer flexibility - the position is available full time, part-time (20 or 30 hours per week) and is also suitable for students, with a minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week.

What you'll be doing

✨ Partner Onboarding & Communication
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding processes with internal teams
  • Communicate processes and requirements to partners via email, forms, and phone calls (mostly in German)
  • Ensure partners feel supported and set up for success from the start
  • Upload and maintain restaurant menus in Wolt’s internal systems
  • Ensure menu information is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Fix issues and follow up on missing or unclear details with partners or internal stakeholders
📊 Process & System Management
  • Track progress and manage tasks in Monday.com and other internal tools
  • Monitor onboarding and content workflows to ensure timely completion
  • Learn and confidently master Wolt’s systems, tools, and processes
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the German market team and internal stakeholders
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements
  • Support a smooth merchant journey through strong teamwork
