About the role
In this role, you’ll help new restaurant and retail partners get started on Wolt. You’ll guide them through the onboarding process, communicate with them (mostly in German), and make sure their menus and information are correctly set up in our systems. The role combines partner communication, coordination, and administrative work.
You’ll work closely with our German Merchant teams while being based in Budapest.
What you’ll be doing
- Onboard new restaurant and retail partners to the Wolt platform
- Communicate with partners via email and phone (mostly in German, all communication is remote - no in-person meetings)
- Guide partners through setup requirements and processes
- Upload and update menus in Wolt’s internal systems
- Check that all information is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Follow up on missing or unclear details with partners
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and keep onboarding on track
What we’re looking for
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with phone communication and partner-facing tasks
- Detail-oriented and confident working with systems and data
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset - you notice when something is missing and follow up
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in administration, operations, or customer support
- Experience in hospitality, food, or retail
