As a Restaurants and Partnerships Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership marketing strategies at a country level, reporting directly to the Head of Regional Rx and Partnership Marketing. You will be responsible for the regional growth of our restaurant vertical. You will collaborate with our country commercial counterparts, to develop partnerships with the enterprise accounts, local heroes as well as other local restaurant partners (SMB). You will leverage your expertise in relationship building, for identifying mutually beneficial partnerships that aim both at acquiring as well as engaging with our partners to drive efficiently incremental GOV. You will develop annual co-marketing strategies on a regional level but also owning the development on a country level, to ensure these partnerships align with our broader marketing objectives. You will also drive partnerships with 3rd party players to drive incremental platform growth, for example collaboration payment providers or 3rd parties to drive Wolt+ subscriber growth.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Be responsible for Restaurant Partnership engagement and acquisition, acting as the marketing counterpart to commercial teams
- Overseeing the vertical budget efficiency, and ensuring integrated partnership campaigns into holistic plans on a regional level
- Be responsible for meeting regional vertical growth targets for restaurants
- Owning and nurturing marketing relationships with the big enterprise and other Mx
- Collaborating with big partners in the region, pulling through projects on a regional level, one “Project Manager” defined for each big partner case by case
- Developing annual co-marketing strategies on a regional level but also owning the development on a local level, aligning within the regional Rx and partnership team
- Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept to briefing the planning and operations team and the brand team
- Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, in-app
- Design and execute joint marketing campaigns with non-retail partners to increase visibility and drive mutual growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Support Marketing Strategy and Planning teams in city and area expansions
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and promotional content tailored for restaurant partners
Our humble expectations
- You have minimal +2-3 years of experience from marketing, preferably within e-commerce and/or retail /restaurant business
- You have understanding on how sales targets can be translated into marketing plans aiming for the business growth
- You are self driven and comfortable of taking decisions within a fast phase environment
- You have an analytical mindset and a capability to make decisions based on data
- You have the ability to analyze historical data and identify trends
- You have experience from marketing project management and from running projects with several different stakeholders, internal and external, is a must
- You are open minded, positive can-do attitude
- You have good negotiation skills
- You have worked within the restaurant industry
- You are fluent in Bulgarian and English
