As an Account Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our success. You’ll be responsible for strengthening relationships with our partners (restaurants and stores), helping them grow their sales, and creating value for both them and our users. This is a role for someone who enjoys the commercial side of things and thrives on building strong partnerships.
In this role, you will:
- Take full ownership of growth and success for your dedicated portfolio of partners.
- Use tools like marketing campaigns and advertisements to drive sales and visibility.
- Negotiate and upsell product solutions that maximize value for both partners and Wolt users.
- Build strong relationships by maintaining regular contact and providing data-driven actionable advice
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver the best results.
- Follow up on your activities to ensure they deliver measurable outcomes and added value.

Who Are You?
We are looking for a commercially driven individual who thrives on creating business opportunities and building long-term relationships. Someone proactive, driven, and enthusiastic about making an impact – while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
We believe you:
- Have a few years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Are used to working with CRM and BI systems
- Are a relationship builder who excels at gaining trust and engaging with various types of partners.
- Have a strong commercial mindset and are passionate about driving growth and business success.
- Bring analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Are structured and well-organized with a strong ability to prioritize what makes the most business impact
- Are goal-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Have experience in negotiating and finding solutions that create value for all parties.
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
- Have experience in the restaurant or retail industry (preferred but not required)
