What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and execute a data-driven growth marketing strategy across performance marketing, CRM, and brand initiatives.
- Analyze and optimize the customer funnel, identifying friction points and improving conversion rates across digital assets.
- Lead cross-functional marketing campaigns, spanning paid media, social, email, and app marketing, while optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Manage strategic partnerships and media channels, ensuring an impactful presence across paid, owned, and earned platforms.
- Champion product marketing initiatives, collaborating with product teams to enhance user experience, launch new features, and drive adoption.
- Be hands-on with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation systems, implementing optimizations and insights in real-time.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and systems, ensuring efficient execution of marketing strategies.
- Build and mentor a top-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration between marketing, data, and product functions.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), using analytics to refine marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment between global and local marketing efforts, tailoring campaigns to maximize local market success.
Our humble expectations
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in growth, digital, or product marketing, with a proven ability to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience, mentoring teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in customer journey optimization, performance marketing, and funnel analysis.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems, with the ability to implement and optimize strategies directly.
- Ability to learn new products and systems quickly, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts with evolving technologies.
- Deep understanding of digital consumer behavior, particularly in digital-first businesses.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in e-commerce, fintech, or consumer tech (experience in a global company is a plus).
- Fluency in English and Hebrew is a must.
