The Content Specialist, reporting to the Regional Content Manager, is responsible for executing customer communication and localisation efforts locally. This role is responsible for ensuring the content is engaging and enhancing the cultural relevance on a market level.
You will also be responsible for creating and curating user-generated content (UGC) for social media platforms, working with collaborators and influencers to generate authentic and engaging content that resonates with target audiences. You will work in an international Content team with colleagues in 8 different countries and get the opportunity to learn more about other cultures and local nuances.
- Plan and execute content for local and regional campaigns across App (Discovery), CRM, SoMe, and influencer marketing activities.
- Translate, write, and ensure marketing materials and other content are culturally and linguistically appropriate.
- Work closely with central copywriting teams to understand the tonality and overall brand in our messaging.
- Implement changes in in-app inventory (such as Discovery) in collaboration with the Consumer team
- Collaborate with influencers and/or influencer marketing agencies to create and share engaging content.
- Support in broader marketing campaign execution where needed.
- Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, and in-app activities.
- Support the Regional Content Manager in coordinating local designers and other third-party providers.
- Collaborate with global teams to align regional strategies with global standards.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Proficient in social media content & influencer management
- Basic skills in visual content creation
- Strong knowledge of local language and pop culture
- Aspires to take on more strategic roles and proactively assume responsibility
- Willing and prepared for hands-on tasks, and a strong creative mindset
- Comfortable with a hybrid work environment and demonstrates strong digital organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian (C1+ level) is required.
