And now we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Vienna!
For Wolt, everything starts with restaurants. If there are no restaurants, there are no customers and if there are no customers, there are no couriers. Thus, restaurant operations are a crucial part of Wolt’s success in every city and country. Our restaurant operation is divided into three sections; acquisition, onboarding/support and longterm development.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage your own portfolio by aligning with the company’s goals and develop financial/operational strategies for partner success
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication (over the phone and in person) and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
- Generate reports on KPIs using Looker and our internal data system
- Determine the needs and wants of merchants, prioritize them by impact on the business, and work to co-create solutions
- Strategically introduce new Wolt products to expand partnerships and increase revenue
- Drive revenue growth and operational improvements with data-driven management
- Re-negotiate terms and conditions with partners
- Working closely together with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns that drive growth and partner performance
- Project management: Take ownership of additional projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
- Willingness to travel 1- 2 times per quarter to manage and visit accounts outside Vienna
Our humble expectations
- Solid account management experience from a high-paced environment.
- You cultivate extensive mutually beneficial relationships.
- Strong analytical experience and specific knowledge of analytical dashboards - for example, Looker
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and adapt to the tone to suit the audience.
- Structured, detailed, tech-savvy and service-oriented.
- High ownership, team spirit and ambition to go beyond the obvious.
- Native-level German and fluent in English.
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and/or hospitality is a plus.

We offer an attractive salary starting at 50 000€ p.a. (40h/week) which is adjusted and increased depending how well you go through the process.
