As an Onboarding Associate, you’ll be tasked with providing exceptional partner experience and outstanding service during the onboarding of our restaurant partners, which strongly contributes to long-term operational success. Your tasks will include managing the partnership during the onboarding process, and ensuring that all necessary data inputs are available in a timely manner. You will also act as a key communicator between our operations team and restaurant partners in order to ensure a seamless onboarding process by driving the resolution of any obstacles encountered.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new venues, ensuring timely and accurate platform setup
- Review and validate partner information, cross-checking with signed contracts
- Create and review partner menus for accuracy and proper structure; coordinate translations if needed
- Coordinate photography and ensure 100% image coverage for each partner during onboarding
- Set up and distribute Wolt gear, ensuring partners are trained on proper usage
- Conduct online and offline training sessions on the Wolt Merchant app and gear
- Build strong relationships with partners during their first 30 days post-launch, ensuring engagement and activity
- Support technical integrations (API or SFTP) where required
- Take ownership of complex onboarding and integration cases
- Lead special projects and initiatives from the local or global teams
- Provide mentorship and support to Onboarding Associates as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, operations, or partner success
- Bachelor’s degree
- Logical problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and with Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive ownership mindset; ability to deliver outcomes independently
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
- Fluent in Russian, with good Kazakh and intermediate English
- Based in Almaty or Astana
