About the Team

At DoorDash, we’re building the future of retail media by transforming how retailers and brands connect across the open web. As we expand globally, we’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused leader to drive growth across both the retailer and advertiser sides of our business in EMEA.

About the Role

As a Retail Media Account Manager, you’ll support the expansion of our Offsite retail media business across EMEA. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, product, and regional partners to help grow retailer and advertiser relationships. Your role will involve coordinating onboarding, managing day-to-day campaign operations, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive adoption and revenue growth of our offsite media solutions.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Assist in maintaining and growing relationships with key retailers and advertisers in EMEA, helping them optimize their offsite media strategies.
  • Play a hands-on role in campaign execution, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, performance is tracked, and insights are shared with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across product, marketing, and operations to help tailor solutions that meet retailer and advertiser needs.
  • Serve as an external ambassador for our offerings by representing us at regional conferences and supporting the overall brand presence.
  • Learn the ins and outs of the retail media landscape across EMEA and contribute to building best practices that drive mutual success.

We’re excited about you because:

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, gained either in-house or at an agency
  • You bring solid experience in account management or media operations within ad tech, retail media, or digital marketing and you’re eager to grow in a fast-moving environment.
  • You’re both organized and responsive, with a knack for ensuring campaigns and client relationships stay on track.
  • You have strong stakeholder communication skills, and you can effectively manage both internal team coordination and client-facing interactions.
  • You’re motivated to learn, from strategic planning to hands-on execution, and contribute with initiative, ownership, and a growth mindset.
