Our Mass Account Management Team is at the heart of Wolt’s restaurant operations in Germany, managing a large and continuously growing portfolio of partners. We are looking for a Mass Account Manager in Stuttgart who will take responsibility for the success of a broad range of partners by improving their operational performance, reducing churn, and scaling the adoption of our commercial tools.

Your Responsibilities

As a Mass Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a large restaurant portfolio and work to improve its operational performance through strategic and scalable initiatives.

You will use data to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce partner churn, and drive key levers such as Deals, Promotions, and Ads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, solving challenges at scale, and developing processes that enable sustainable growth for both Wolt and our partners.

In your day-to-day work, you will:

  • Monitor key KPIs within the partner portfolio (availability, activity rate, rejection rate)
  • Lead initiatives to reduce churn and increase partner value
  • Design and execute campaigns to increase the usage of Ads, Deals, and Promotions
  • Develop automation tools, email templates, or dashboards for internal teams
  • Share best practices and mentor Associates
  • Collaborate with other teams to solve issues or escalate blockers

  • Improvement of availability and activity rate
  • Reduction of rejection rate
  • Successful churn prevention and partner reactivation
  • Adoption of commercial tools (Ads, Deals, Promotions)
  • Data quality and reporting accuracy

What We Expect

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Operations, or similar growth-focused roles
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and a process-optimization mindset
  • Experience managing performance metrics and executing initiatives at scale
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Background in marketplaces, SaaS, or food delivery platforms
