What you’ll be doing
Are you an experienced and strategic sales professional with a true 'service first' mindset? If this sounds like you, then we'd love to chat!
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Successfully onboarding and training venues together, providing them with all the tools and information to start working as soon as possible. Hired candidates will first learn the basics of onboarding new partners to our platform, which will take approximately one month.
- Pro-actively contact our Partners to secure their participation in Wolt Ads & Wolt Promos campaigns
- Working with the partner to improve overall sales and conversion rates by sharing tools and best practices to help ensure the partner's success.
- Owning the partner's assortment - suggesting which products should be listed initially, and working with the partner to constantly add/remove items to improve customer conversion.
- Set-up and launch ad and promos campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of delivery and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing data and proactively identifying optimization opportunities through performance dashboards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery and performance, working with technical teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Work with the BI team to develop and maintain ad reporting dashboards and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Our humble expectations
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak and at least a communicative level of English
- Proven experience in sales or customer/client support
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions, SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, AppsFlyer, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Amazon Advertising would be a plus
