We’re looking for an experienced Product Lead to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Marketing Technology product area at Wolt. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, automation, and data, enabling our User Acquisition (UA) and CRM marketing teams to scale and automate efficiently, target intelligently and measure impact precisely across our paid marketing and consumer-facing CRM campaigns. 

As a Product Lead in MarTech, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to build the tools, systems, and platforms that power paid marketing and CRM at scale. You’ll define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the MarTech team, ensuring alignment with business and growth goals. Your work will involve translating complex growth challenges into clear product bets that deliver measurable results across new user growth, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value, while improving campaign efficiencies. You’ll also drive advancements in audience segmentation, targeting, attribution, campaign automation, and sophisticated marketing measurement systems that enable marketing teams to operate faster and smarter. In close collaboration with data and privacy teams, you’ll ensure that all marketing data, events, and measurement systems are accurate, privacy-compliant, and scalable.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in product management, with a strong track record in growth, marketing tech, ads, or data platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, attribution, and experimentation - you know how marketers think and how tech can help them move faster.
  • Experience leading cross-functional platform initiatives with multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, you can rally teams and partners around a shared vision.
  • A mixture of data analysis skills, engineering understanding, design sensitivity, and business savviness with the go-getter attitude of a "could-be start-up CEO".
