About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist - Growth & Expansion to support city expansion and courier acquisition across nine markets in the region.

This is a high-autonomy individual contributor role that blends operational execution with analytical depth and cross-functional coordination. You will partner with Courier Marketing, Courier Acquisition, General Managers, and Regional Operations to ensure that new cities launch smoothly and that applicant pipelines are healthy, efficient, and predictable.

You will support the operational side of expansion-building processes, strengthening forecasting, and improving how we acquire and convert courier applicants. A background in marketing operations, growth marketing, revenue operations, or generalist operations roles is highly valuable.

This role requires a combination of structured problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across teams to bring clarity and alignment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Expansion & Launch Execution

  • Support end-to-end execution of city launches across nine markets, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Help develop and refine a scalable expansion framework, aligning closely with commercial and regional strategies.
  • Define operational success criteria for launches and ensure they are met from day one.
  • Work cross-functionally with Courier Marketing and local teams to align launch timing with applicant needs.

Courier Acquisition & Forecasting

  • Contribute to bottom-up forecasting models, improving accuracy and helping regional teams plan effectively.
  • Analyze funnel performance, conversion trends, and applicant quality to anticipate supply requirements.

  • Act as a trusted partner to regional stakeholders, bringing data-driven insight to acquisition strategy discussions.
  • Align closely with Courier Marketing on campaign timing, budget efficiency, and applicant pipeline health.
  • Support acquisition costs optimization through analysis and continuous improvement of acquisition levers.

Data-Driven Strategy & Process Optimization

  • Build and maintain analytical dashboards and modeling tools (Looker or similar) to monitor pipelines, conversion, and other operational KPIs.
  • Establish a structured, data-driven approach to expansion and acquisition decision-making.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Global Operations, and regional teams to improve forecasting and launch planning methodologies.
  • Drive regional alignment by standardizing expansion processes and using retrospective insights to improve future launches.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, or Generalist Operations.
  • Strong analytical capability, including comfort with creating bottom-up forecasts, evaluating funnel performance, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar), including dashboard creation and KPI definition.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment and bring structure to unclear tasks or evolving requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with Courier Marketing, Courier Acquisition, GMs, and regional teams across multiple countries.

  • Experience optimizing acquisition funnels or working with campaign-driven applicant pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern productivity tools and practical use of AI/GPT assistants to improve efficiency is a plus.
