The Role

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team in Germany! In this mid-to-senior level role, you will be the strategic partner to our German Sales organization, ensuring our teams are equipped with the methodology and data-driven insights to drive Wolt's growth across the country.

You will act as the bridge between our Global Strategy and local execution, tailoring revenue strategies to the specific needs of the German market, from high-velocity restaurant partnerships to complex retail accounts. Your mission is to maximize the efficiency of our sales force and drive predictable, scalable growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Sales Process Optimization: You will lead the strategic, continuous refinement of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. By analyzing stages and identifying bottlenecks, you will remove friction and implement automation to transform selling into a predictable process.
  • Revenue Growth Strategy: You will leverage data via Salesforce, Looker, and BI tools to measure win/loss rates and cycle times, using these insights to adjust strategies and boost revenue
  • Stakeholder Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. sales agencies) and work closely with our Head of Sales
  • Regional Alignment: You will focus on regional German needs to create a smoother, more effective customer journey, aligning local execution with global growth goals.
  • Content & Methodology: You will create, localize, and manage high-impact sales playbooks, pitch decks, and battle cards that reflect Wolt's value proposition.
  • Data-Driven Insights: You will leverage data (via Salesforce, Looker, or similar) to analyze win/loss rates, cycle times, and activity metrics to spot trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Tool & Tech Adoption: You will drive the adoption of our sales tech stack (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.), ensuring the team uses these tools to improve efficiency and data hygiene.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will act as the "voice of sales" to the Product and Marketing teams, ensuring feedback from the frontline is heard and materials are field-ready

Our humble expectations

  • Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Growth or Business Development. You understand what it takes to close a deal and can earn the respect of senior sales professionals.
  • Communication: You have exceptional presentation and storytelling skills. You can command a room (virtual or physical) and make complex concepts simple and engaging.
  • Tech Savvy: You have strong proficiency with CRM systems (Pipedrive & Salesforce) and modern enablement tools 
  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with data. You don't just track "attendance" - you track impact.
  • Language: You are fluent in German and English. You will be enabling a local German team, so native-level or business-fluent German is essential.
  • Attitude: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are "low ego, high impact" and ready to roll up your sleeves.
