Wolt is a Finnish technology company best known for our food delivery platform. In Kazakhstan, we continue to grow rapidly, expanding both our services and our local team. We have recently begun working with a wider variety of partners, such as grocery chains, retailers, and online pharmacies - and this momentum creates exciting opportunities for talented new team members.
Wolt Drive is our delivery-as-a-service segment, which is experiencing substantial growth and serves as the perfect complement to our restaurant delivery operations. Joining this team in Kazakhstan means becoming part of one of the most dynamic and fast-expanding areas of our business.
As a Wolt Drive Specialist, you will act as a key communicator between our local team and sales partners to ensure the optimal success of Wolt and Wolt Drive. This is a great opportunity to join us at a time of expansion, contribute to building strong partnerships, and help shape the future of Wolt Drive in Kazakhstan.
What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
- Assisting with sales growth on the market with existing partners, and creating an environment where merchants and customers enjoy their experience with Wolt Drive
- Assisting with the onboarding of new partners to the Wolt ecosystem
- Supporting current partners with any issues, reports, etc.
- Collaboration with Wolt Operations and Support teams to ensure top-class customer experience for Wolt Drive partners
- Actively reaching out to potential new partners to help grow Wolt Drive’s partner base
- Helping with the implementation of new features
- Working with middleware partners (MWPs), including setup and monitoring
- Monitoring small- and medium-sized business venues, identifying and addressing dead or problematic venues, and reaching out to them
- As Wolt Drive grows rapidly, you’ll likely progress to a pure Account Manager role
Our humble expectations
- Previous experience in e-commerce, account management, or a customer service–focused role is considered a strong plus
- Confidence in leading conversations both via video calls and in face-to-face meetings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you’ll be interacting with a wide variety of partners and internal teams
- A structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded approach to your work
- Experience working in a Google Workspace environment is an advantage
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English
