What you'll be doing
As a Retail Development Associate you will be providing the tools and support for our partners to make sure they thrive on our platform while improving operational aspects. With this in mind, you need to be super passionate about account management, but also able to adapt and change your tone and approach depending on the type of partner you’re working with.
The Retail Associate (ReA) main focus is to assist our retail partners in maximizing their opportunity for success, while taking an active role in onboarding new partners, implementing the Wolt app & Service and offering general day-to-day support to our partners.
The Retail Development Associate role is 100% position.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the main point of contact for our retail partners.
- Proactively supporting Wolt’s retail partners to improve their performance.
- Onboarding venues on Wolt’s platform includes contracts, photography, price lists, translation, and iPad training.
- Ensuring retail partner price lists on the platform are up to date and fully available.
- Handling retail support tickets to ensure the optimal user experience.
- Assisting in marketing campaigns for retail partners.
- Assisting retail business managers in any additional tasks related to working with restaurant partners.
Our humble expectations*
- Experience from within the Retail industry is a plus
- Data oriented and proficient in Excel
- Technical ability and logical thinking with an aesthetic sense
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience
- Structured, detailed, and service-oriented
- Self-starter with a passion for establishing a new vertical within the company.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering,or other related field.
