Courier supply sits at the heart of the business in every market. Since couriers choose when to go online and which tasks to accept, our ability to understand, influence and support their behavior has a direct effect on service levels, cost efficiency and growth. Managing supply well is a continuous mission that blends analytics, operations, product thinking and leadership.
Every year tens of thousands of people in Israel join Wolt to earn through our flexible platform, and we expect tens of thousands more to enter the platform as demand grows. This scale requires constant innovation in how we attract, onboard and engage couriers, and it also means shaping how people perceive the gig economy. The Supply team plays a key role in making this happen and create an attractive and reliable platform so that anyone who wants to deliver with Wolt can do so with ease and confidence.
What you’ll be doing
The Regional Supply Manager for Israel owns the full courier supply strategy and execution, combining analytical leadership, operational excellence, team management and close collaboration with both local and global teams. You will ensure that Wolt has the right number of high quality couriers at the right time and place, and you will help shape the courier, merchant and customer experience.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- In this role you will lead supply planning across all cities, including forecasting, demand analysis and strategic recommendations. You will oversee the full courier lifecycle from acquisition and activation to long term retention, while improving conversion flows, engagement and performance. You will collaborate with global Supply, Product and Analytics teams on incentives, tools and marketplace balancing, and represent Israel in global discussions and pilots.
- You will manage and develop a team of Supply Leads who execute regional supply plans. You will create structure, clarity and growth opportunities within the team while building a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- you will own the data foundations of supply. This includes maintaining dashboards, identifying trends and risks, and conducting post analysis for campaigns and strategic changes.
- Finally, You will also work closely with Operations, Support, Finance, Marketing and Legal to ensure smooth execution. This includes building effective processes, monitoring key metrics, preparing insights for senior leadership and responding to operational challenges when they arise.
Our humble expectations
- 6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or general management, ideally in tech operations
- Proven track record improving operations quality through data-driven, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams and seniority levels, in order to crystalize complex, multifaceted topics into clear insights that drive action
- Familiarity with retail, restaurant, or delivery operations is a plus.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

- You have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable making decisions based on data, cost structures and performance metrics - you can work with various data tools (Looker, Snowflake etc.) and find the answers to your questions
- You can build clear strategies and translate them into structured plans with strong execution.
- You communicate clearly and can simplify complex insights for senior leadership and cross functional teams.
- You can manage multiple work streams at once and prioritize in a fast changing environment.
- You collaborate naturally with many stakeholders and can lead with and without formal authority.
- Experience in operations, supply management or marketplace dynamics is an advantage.
- Curiosity, ownership and the drive to improve things every day are key to succeeding in this role.
