As a Retail Development Associate, you will provide tools and support to help our partners thrive on the Wolt platform, while continuously improving operational performance. With this in mind, you need to be passionate about account management and able to adapt your tone and approach depending on the type of partner you’re working with.
The main focus iof this role is to assist our retail partners in maximizing their opportunity for success, while taking an active role in onboarding new partners, implementing the Wolt app & service, and offering ongoing day-to-day support. This role combines elements of account management and customer success, with a strong focus on building long-term partner relationships.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for our retail partners.
- Proactively supporting Wolt’s retail partners to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- Working on onboarding new businesses and accompanying newly onboarded partners during their initial stages on the platform.
- Working on key KPIs to improve business operations and create a positive customer experience.
- Collaborating with partners on product assortment and availability.
- Handling retail support tickets to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns for retail partners.
- Supporting retail business managers with additional tasks related to working with retail and restaurant partners.
Our humble expectations
- Previous experience in retail, account management, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- A self-starter with a strong passion for developing in account management and customer success roles.
- Strong data orientation and proficiency in Excel.
- Technical ability and logical thinking, with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and service-oriented.
- A self-starter with a passion to grow and develop in customer success and account management roles.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
