What you’ll be doing

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive our B2B growth in Israel. This role requires connecting strategy to execution, transforming ideas into practical assets, and generating business impact through lead conversion. The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing, Israel.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Define the local marketing strategy, translating goals into clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans, with a focus on hands-on execution.
  • Drive full-funnel B2B marketing, from market awareness and lead generation to product adoption across Israeli companies.
  • Establish Wolt Benefits as a trusted brand within the HR community in Israel through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and targeted content.
  • Develop and own all core marketing assets, including Sales Enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers), landing pages, and campaign messaging.
  • Plan and execute local B2B campaigns and events (meetups, conferences), utilizing LinkedIn as a primary B2B channel for awareness and demand generation.
  • Manage relationships with key agencies, suppliers, and partners for efficient execution.

Our humble expectations

  • 7+ years in hands-on B2B marketing (SaaS, tech, or marketplace; HR tech/Benefits experience is an advantage).
  • Proven ability to move between strategy and execution, write compelling messaging, understand lead funnels, and partner effectively with Sales teams.
  • Fluent in English & Hebrew with a strong bias for action and execution.
  • Not a fit: Brand-only profiles lacking hands-on B2B execution experience.
