We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist to join our Wolt Ads team in Berlin. In this role, you will support the Ad Operations team in managing ad and promo campaigns, ensuring they are executed efficiently and delivering actionable performance insights. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing organization within Wolt and develop further skills in ad operations, data analysis, and campaign management within a dynamic and fast-growing advertising business.  

What you’ll be doing

This role will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end for brands and merchants who advertise on the Wolt platform. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the campaign from the moment it’s submitted by the sales/account team, all the way through campaign launch, monitoring and optimization, and ultimately invoicing the campaign. You will become a subject matter expert in our platforms and products and support the sales/account team to drive campaign volume and advertiser retention.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns on the Wolt platform
  • Support the team in making sure campaigns run smoothly and on time
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance
  • Work with data to produce and interpret insights
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to support our partners
  • Help improve how we work by spotting inefficiencies and suggesting better ways of doing things 

Our humble expectations

  • 1+ years of experience executing ad operations campaigns or other merchandising/platform operations -  background as a Campaign Manager, Campaign Operations Manager, Ads Specialist, Merchandising Specialist, or Campaign Specialist, would be a good fit for the role
  • Experience leveraging data to make discoveries about performance and/or to troubleshoot bugs with engineering
  • Strong attention-to-detail
  • Can handle a high volume of complex and high-priority tasks, making trade-off decisions constantly with a high degree of autonomy
  • English - proficient working knowledge - German and other languages are a plus
