As our new Sales Activation Specialist you’ll support SMB and key restaurant merchants by managing promo campaign execution and ensuring customers receive the best experience with restaurant offers. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the fast-growing delivery industry, work closely with internal stakeholders, and directly impact the growth and success of our restaurant partners.
What you’ll be doing
As Sales Activation Specialist, you will coordinate promotions and offers for restaurant partners, ensuring smooth execution and impactful results. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, provide performance insights, and support growth through effective campaigns.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders on the execution of special offers, deals, and promos
- Upload promotions for all cities in local country
- Provide after-sales support to improve merchant performance
- Work closely with the account management team to drive growth for partners and Wolt
- Assist in marketing campaigns for restaurant partners together with the marketing team
- Analyze merchant performance and identify growth opportunities

- Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Albanian.
- Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems.
- Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
- Have 1–2 years in promotions, campaign operations, or partner support and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, executing promo workflows independently and using data to improve results while seeking guidance on new or complex topics.
