We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Sales Support Agent  to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key operational tasks, including training on merchant apps, assisting with picking and stocking, improving performance metrics, and reporting issues.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a high level of accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Merchant App Training: Provide training to team members on the use of merchant apps for order processing, inventory management, and operational tasks.
  • Assisting with Picking & Stocking: Accurately pick items for customer orders and efficiently stock inventory to ensure availability and reduce out-of-stock items.
  • Improving Key metrics: Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, enhance performance metrics, and boost overall customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting Venue Issues: Identify and promptly report any operational or logistical issues related to the venue that could impact order fulfillment or inventory management.
  • Assortment Health: Monitor and maintain the health of product assortments, ensuring that popular items are adequately stocked and slow-moving items are reviewed for relevance.
  • Reporting to Supervisor: Regularly communicate with the supervisor on daily performance, challenges, and any operational issues.
  • Cycle Count: Assist in conducting regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, minimize discrepancies, and report findings.

Our humble expectations 

  • Must hold a valid legal student status in Croatia for at least the next 12 months (covering the full duration of the internship)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple locations in the city
  • A fast learner with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Basic proficiency in using apps and software for order management and inventory tracking.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in picking and stocking.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting issues and working with team members.
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize stock as needed.

Preferred Experience

Experience from working in a grocery store or a similar environment is a plus

Working Hours

This is a position requiring flexible working hours based on business needs, with a focus on peak operational times.
