As we continue to scale new revenue streams, partnerships, and commercial models, we’re strengthening our technical accounting capability within Group Accounting. We’re looking for a Revenue Technical Accountant to own revenue contract reviews and to document the accounting conclusions under both US GAAP and IFRS—ensuring we have clear, audit-ready positions that keep pace with the business.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll sit at the intersection of commercial decision-making, controllership, and technical accounting—translating contracts into crisp, practical revenue accounting outcomes.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Review customer and partner contracts and assess the appropriate revenue recognition conclusions under IFRS 15 and ASC 606.
- Prepare and maintain technical accounting memos and supporting documentation that is structured, consistent, and audit-ready.
- Partner closely with Legal, Sales/Commercial, Finance, and Operations to align on contract terms, accounting implications, and required operational data.
- Advise on new revenue models and non-standard terms (e.g., variable consideration, principal vs agent, contract modifications, multiple performance obligations).
- Support continuous improvement of revenue accounting controls and processes, identifying risk areas early and implementing pragmatic mitigations.
- Stay current on evolving IFRS/US GAAP guidance and translate updates into actionable internal policy and playbooks.
Our humble expectations
- Solid hands-on experience in technical accounting with a clear track record in revenue recognition and contract assessments (IFRS 15 and ASC 606).
- Strong capability to write high-quality technical memos: structured logic, clear conclusions, and defensible references to guidance.
- Proven stakeholder management skills—comfortable driving alignment across Finance, Legal, and commercial teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to handle ambiguity while still landing decisions and moving workstreams forward.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical topics in a business-friendly way.
- Eligibility to work in the EU (as required for the role).

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting.
The salary listed is the monthly salary range for this position for Lithuania.
