As we continue to scale new revenue streams, partnerships, and commercial models, we’re strengthening our technical accounting capability within Group Accounting. We’re looking for a Revenue Technical Accountant to own revenue contract reviews and to document the accounting conclusions under both US GAAP and IFRS—ensuring we have clear, audit-ready positions that keep pace with the business.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll sit at the intersection of commercial decision-making, controllership, and technical accounting—translating contracts into crisp, practical revenue accounting outcomes.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Review customer and partner contracts and assess the appropriate revenue recognition conclusions under IFRS 15 and ASC 606.
  • Prepare and maintain technical accounting memos and supporting documentation that is structured, consistent, and audit-ready.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Sales/Commercial, Finance, and Operations to align on contract terms, accounting implications, and required operational data.
  • Advise on new revenue models and non-standard terms (e.g., variable consideration, principal vs agent, contract modifications, multiple performance obligations).
  • Support continuous improvement of revenue accounting controls and processes, identifying risk areas early and implementing pragmatic mitigations.
  • Stay current on evolving IFRS/US GAAP guidance and translate updates into actionable internal policy and playbooks.

Our humble expectations

  • Solid hands-on experience in technical accounting with a clear track record in revenue recognition and contract assessments (IFRS 15 and ASC 606).
  • Strong capability to write high-quality technical memos: structured logic, clear conclusions, and defensible references to guidance.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills—comfortable driving alignment across Finance, Legal, and commercial teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical judgment and ability to handle ambiguity while still landing decisions and moving workstreams forward.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical topics in a business-friendly way.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU (as required for the role).

What we offer

  • A high-impact seat in Group Accounting where your work directly enables scalable commercial growth through clean, consistent revenue positions.
  • A cross-functional operating model with real ownership: you’ll influence how deals are structured and how revenue is operationalized end-to-end.
  • A learning-forward environment where technical excellence, practical judgment, and pace are all valued—and where you’ll continuously deepen both IFRS and US GAAP expertise.
  • A team culture built around getting things done, raising the bar on quality, and improving how we operate as we scale.
