Our Retail team plays a key role in delivering a seamless experience to end customers. As our retail business continues to scale, we’re looking for a Retail Operations Performance Specialist to help improve operational performance across our retail partners, with a strong focus on the end-customer experience. In this role, you will focus on improving operational execution by analyzing data, identifying root causes of operational issues, and driving improvements related to order quality, item availability, fulfillment reliability, and inventory accuracy. You will work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to turn operational insights into measurable improvements.
This is not a traditional account management role. While you will collaborate closely with Account Managers, your primary responsibility will be improving operational performance through data analysis, process improvement, and operational execution. The role is highly analytical and operational in nature, with limited direct merchant communication.
This is primarily an office-based role, with occasional field visits as needed (up to once a week) for observation, issue investigation, and implementation support.
What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Monitor and analyze daily operational performance metrics such as cancellations, item availability, fulfillment quality, and order accuracy
- Investigate operational issues and identify root causes using data, internal systems, and field observations
- Translate operational insights into structured, actionable recommendations and improvement plans
- Partner closely with Account Managers by providing operational insights and recommendations to improve partner performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Support, and Tech to resolve operational challenges
- Support initiatives related to inventory accuracy, operational processes, fulfillment workflows, and third-party system integrations
- Track performance trends and follow up on execution of improvement actions
- Conduct occasional store visits to observe operational processes, identify gaps, and support implementation of new tools or workflows
Our humble expectations
- 2–4 years of experience in operational performance-focused roles such as retail operations/ business operations/ Project operations
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data to identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and drive improvements
- Comfortable working independently with Excel, Looker, or similar BI/data analysis tools
- Proven ability to translate operational problems into structured action plans and follow through on execution
- Experience working with operational KPIs such as cancellations, fulfillment quality, stock availability, service levels, or operational efficiency metrics - Advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment with shifting priorities
- Willingness to conduct occasional field visits to observe operations, identify gaps, and support implementation efforts
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
