At Wolt, our Retail Operations teams are at the heart of ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for our merchants and customers. As we continue to scale our retail offering, operational excellence at the store level becomes more critical than ever.

In this role, you’ll act as the local subject-matter expert for retail operations, owning initiatives that improve order fulfillment quality and reliability. You’ll work closely with merchants, Account Managers, and regional stakeholders to reduce unfulfilled items and cancellations, while building scalable best practices across the country.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll drive operational improvements that directly impact merchant performance and customer experience. Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Lead the local rollout of global operational initiatives, tools, and process changes, ensuring merchant readiness and adoption
  • Own and manage operational projects aimed at improving picking efficiency, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment reliability
  • Track and analyze Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio (POFR) and its key drivers, identifying performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Diagnose root causes of operational issues across behavior, process, and data or integration topics, and define clear action plans together with merchants and Account Managers
  • Run recurring operational reviews with key retail partners and follow up on agreed actions
  • Build strong relationships with store and regional managers through regular store visits, on-site training, and picker coaching
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Regional Operations teams on topics such as substitutions, data accuracy, and venue availability
  • Document and share learnings, best practices, and challenges locally and across regions to help scale impact

Our humble expectations

  • 2–5 years of experience in retail, supply chain, operations management, account management, or similar field-based roles within ecommerce
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with operational data and tools such as Excel, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from problem definition to execution and follow-up
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners and work cross-functionally
  • Hands-on and proactive mindset, comfortable working both on-site with merchants and remotely with global teams
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
