Our Retail Operations team plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for merchants and customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working closely with stores, improving day-to-day operations, and using data to support better performance. In this role, you’ll support operational improvements at the store level, working with merchants and internal teams to enhance order quality and reduce issues such as cancellations or missing items, while combining field work (1 day per week) with office-based collaboration.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the implementation of operational processes and tools across retail partners

  • Work closely with merchants and Account Managers to improve store performance and day-to-day operations

  • Monitor operational metrics (e.g. order quality, cancellations, item availability) and help identify areas for improvement

  • Assist in analyzing data and turning it into clear, actionable insights

  • Conduct regular store visits, provide basic training, and support partners on operational topics

Our humble expectations

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail operations/ supply chain/ project management or similar hands-on roles

  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, Looker, or similar) and using it to support decision-making

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks and small projects end-to-end

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

  • Hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
